Ticket Resale & Third-Party Purchase Policy.

Tickets for The Paranormal Festival should be purchased directly through our official website or through an official ticketing partner specifically authorised by The Paranormal Festival.

We understand that circumstances can change and some ticket holders may wish to transfer or resell their tickets. However, The Paranormal Festival does not operate, endorse or guarantee any unofficial resale marketplace, social media listing, private sale or other third-party transaction unless expressly stated by us.

If you are considering purchasing a ticket from another person, please contact us at info@theparanormalfestival.com before making payment. Where reasonably possible, we can check the ticket details against our records and help establish whether the ticket was originally issued by us.

Any such check does not guarantee the identity or intentions of the seller, nor does it guarantee that a ticket will not subsequently be transferred, duplicated, cancelled, refunded or sold to another person.

While tickets remain available through our official website, we strongly recommend purchasing directly from us. Do not pay more than the current official ticket price shown on our website.

Never send money to somebody you do not trust simply because they provide a screenshot, confirmation email or image of a ticket. These can potentially be copied or altered.

Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties are purchased at the buyer's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Paranormal Festival and Gatherstone Ltd cannot accept responsibility for losses arising from payments made to unauthorised sellers, fraudulent listings, duplicated tickets, invalid tickets, tickets that have already been used, or tickets otherwise obtained outside our official sales channels.

Purchasing a ticket from a third party does not create a contract of sale between the purchaser and The Paranormal Festival. Any dispute concerning the payment or transaction itself must be resolved between the buyer, seller and, where applicable, the payment provider or resale platform.

We reserve the right to refuse admission where a ticket is found to be invalid, cancelled, refunded, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or previously used. Where multiple people present the same ticket or booking reference, admission cannot be guaranteed simply because payment was made to a third party.
