Essential Companion tickets
If you need another person’s assistance to attend the festival, you may be eligible for one complimentary Essential Companion ticket alongside your own paid admission.
How to request your companion ticket
1. Buy one ticket for yourself
Book your own festival admission as normal. You do not need to buy a second ticket for your Essential Companion.
2. Email us after booking
Tell us you need an Essential Companion ticket. Include your name, booking reference and which event you are attending so we can find your order.
info@theparanormalfestival.com3. We’ll arrange it with you
Our team will review your request and contact you to arrange the complimentary ticket. It is not added automatically at checkout.
Supporting your request
We may ask for reasonable supporting evidence, such as an Access Card displaying a +1 requirement, relevant disability benefit documentation, or confirmation from a healthcare professional or recognised support organisation.
Please do not send detailed medical records or information about your diagnosis. If you do not have the documents listed, email us and we’ll consider your circumstances individually.
Before you book
Edinburgh is strictly 18+ throughout, including companions. Frankenstein Bar has steps, steep stairs and no ramped access, and is not wheelchair accessible.
